We provide a range of Self-pressurized cryogenic vessels for liquid nitrogen use. This type of dewar uses a valve to divert liquid to a boiling coil inside the vessel, which increases the pressure so that liquid can be forced out. This range is ruggedly built and is ideal for transportation of liquid nitrogen by road.

Notices

(1). Because of the great heat capacity of the vessel, while the liquid is filled for the first time, the heat balance time may be relatively long; a little liquid medium (about 5L) may be filled at first for pre-cooling; then the liquid may be slowly filled (thus the ice blockage may not easily formed).

(2) For decreasing the loss of the filling liquid next time, please fill the vessel again when there is a little liquid in it or the liquid shall be filled within 48 hours when the liquid is used up.

(3). For ensuring the operation safety and reliability for the vessel, this vessel can only be filled with the liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen or liquid argon.

(4). While supplying liquid, it may be the normal phenomenon for there being any condensation water or frosting in the vessel outer surface. While the increasing pressure being carried out by switching-on the pressure increasing valve, the liquid may flow through the pressurization coil and absorb heat from the outer cylinder for vaporization and realizing the goal of pressurization; there may be some spot-like frosting in the outer cylinder surface; while the pressure increasing valve being switched off, the spot-like frosting shall be disappeared slowly. While the pressure increasing valve being switched off and the supplying liquid being not carried out, there may be any condensation water or frosting in the vessel outer surface; as may indicate that the vessel vacuum has been destroyed and this vessel could not be used. You should turn to the specialized factory for maintenance or abandon it.
