We provide a range of Self-pressurized cryogenic vessels for liquid nitrogen use. This type of dewar uses a valve to divert liquid to a boiling coil inside the vessel, which increases the pressure so that liquid can be forced out. This range is ruggedly built and is ideal for transportation of liquid nitrogen by road.

When the liquid transportation being carried out on the third-level or less road, the truck velocity shall be no larger than 30km/h.

There shall be equipped with seals in the vessel vacuum nozzle and safety valve; the lead seal shall not be damaged.

If the vessel is not used for a long time, the liquid medium in the vessel shall be discharged and purged; then all the valves shall be switched off for sealed-preservation.

Before any liquid medium is filled in the vessel, the dry air shall be used to purge the internal container and all valves and pipes; then it may be used to fill the liquid medium, or it will cause the pipeline ice blocking (ice jam) so as to influence the pressure-rise and liquid supply.

This equipment belongs to the instruments type; it should be handled with care while using; the force strength shall be suitable (not oversized) and the speed cannot be excessively quickly for switching on various valves; especially while the flexible metallic hose being connected with the liquid inlet/outlet valve, large force cannot be use to twist it excessively tightly; it shall be twisted in place for sealing with somewhat force (the ball head structure may be easy for sealing) by using one hand to hold the valve for fear that the connecting tube shall be twisted in inclination or even broken down.
