 HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO GET THE MOST ENJOYMENT FROM OUR MASKS

Mask Shape (Deformation): please noted that all the latex mask will be a little deformation during packaging and shipping,

however, it will back to original and intended shape in a couple of hours.

Just use something to hold the mask open. We suggest a wig stand or Styrofoam mannequin which can be found and purchased cheaply. Even a small waste basket turned upside down will also work.

Vision: Your vision may be impaired while wearing a mask.

In order to make our mask look more realistic we intentionally made the slits for eyes and mouth small.

However, if needed, you can improve your sight by reworking our mask at home carefully cut them larger.

FAQ

1. How do I care for these masks once i get it?

Keep them on a wigstand, or something roughly head-shaped. Keep them out of heat. Keep them out of sunlight and flourescent lighting. If the mask becomes distorted (remember latex is a natural product) use a blowdrier on the low-heat setting. Store covered in plastic, or in a sealed display case.

2.What is the best way to clean a latex mask?

 Never clean a latex mask with anything based on petroleum, even petroleum jelly. Instead, use a hand or facial cream once in a while. To clean, rinse with warm, soapy water. Masks get dirty quickly.

3.What if it doesn't fit?

If it is too loose, you can glue some new and unused sponges into the inside using rubber cement or silicone bathtub caulk. If it is too tight, you might consider slitting the back. However, it is very rare that a mask is too tight as the artists design their pieces with wearability in mind.

4.Can you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship it overseas. The shipping method including by sea, china post, DHL, Fedex and others.

5. Can i get a sample?

Of course, With the regulation of our company about the sample, the sample fee is 10$ per pc + the Shipment cost. If the sample is in stock, we could send it out right away; if not, it may need 3-5 days to be sent out.
6. Can i mix the order?
Firstly, i need to say that we are manufacturer and wholesale. And we could let you mix the order to be your long term business friend, but the quantity per design should not less than 30 pcs. If needed, the newest catalogue with price could be sent to you.

7. Can i make a custom mask?

 Yes, we could make custom mask. As for the custom mask cost, it depends on the complexility and material of your mask. For general mask, it is about 300$ for latex mask; 700$ for plastic mask.
