D Series CHP Hydrogen Generator Set Selection Guideline

(400V/480V, 50Hz/60Hz, 1500rpm/1800rpm)

Requirements for hydrogen:Hydrogen temperature should be 10-60℃ within 1 meter from gas inlet pressure regulating valve, and the pressure no less than 400kpa. The pressure change rate≤100kpa/min; H2S≤200mg/Nm3; NH3≤20mg/Nm3; impurities particle ≤5μm; impurity content ≤30mg/Nm3. Water content no more than 40g/Nm3.

Hydrogen Generator Set with Waste Heat Recover System:

Working Principle: First, the combustible gas, after mixing with air, then works in burning room, which can get high-temperature gas fume( 500℃). Second, cool water and gas fume via heat exchanger at the same time. Finally, hot water or steam came out from the heat exchanger.
