• SDNE TECH Biomass Gas Gasification System and Power Generation System

SDNE TECH Series Biomass Gasification Package Unit is our new introduced equipment. This equipment is used for gasifying the biomass fuel like rice straw, rice hull, saw dust, peanut hull or other type straw, and then get the combustible gas(carbon monoxide, methane, propane, hydrogen)after reaction in the gasifier. Convey the fuel (gas) to internal combustion engine, and then get electricity from generator set. Besides, the gas also can be transported to the equipment which need fuel as power for working. The gas after burning is colorless, odourless and clean carbon dioxide. With no doubt that it is a practical way to turn waste to wealth.

Simple Operation：The equipment adopts up-charging and down-burning simple operation theory, and will discharge dust automatically. Only 1-2 people can fulfill daily routine. (included power generating equipment)

Rational Design: The whole covering area, included gasifier and treating pond, is less than 30㎡.

High Purification Efficiency: Equipped with dust controlling unit, decoking unit and dehydration unit.

Constant Production: The equipment can generate the gas for other equipment use constantly.

Low Operating Cost: The equipment is in low maintenance cost. The cost is mainly in changing air filter, motor, transmission, oil seal and charging engine oil to transmission shaft.

Low Raw Material Consumption: The gas produced from 1.5-2kg dry raw material can generate 1 kw.h.

Integrated Utilization: After gasification, the ash/breeze can used as fertilizer in agriculture or light filling material for building keeping warm.

Zero Release: The CO2 released from biomass burning is similar to the amount they absorbing in growth, which can replace fossil energy greatly. According to Kyoto Protocol, the CO2 from biomass gas burning is defined as Zero Release.
