Working Principle

The spiral mixing blade initiates a three-dimensional flow of the mixing goods. It creates a helical upward movement on periphery and downward flow in the center. This Vertical Ribbon Mixer guarantees very good mixing results and complete discharge. This type of mixer can be used for dry powder, wet suspensions as well as liquids, paste and dough.

Applicaiton

It is a mixing equipment with high precision, can be widely used for mixing goods with large difference in density, feeding ratio, particle size and good mixing effect even for 1:1000-10000. Heating/Cooling jacket, positive pressure/vacuum applications are available on this mixer.
