Continuous Mixer is the first one fabricated by S&L in China. Through combined and communicated with foreign technology, continuous mixer has become a mature and popular product around the world. In the inlet area, the continuously fed material is taken up and transported by the first mixer tool. Alternately compressing and expanding operation zones homogenize the mixing product. On the basis of the adjustable angle for the mixer tools
and the circumferential speed, the staying time of product in the mixer chamber could be varied. The frequent contact of the product with the mixer tools cause powders to agglomerate. Chopper can be installed in the mixing drum as optional equipment to disperse agglomerates and provide controlled granulation during the mixing process.
