1. Components specification
1) The four truckle with crack slot in order to move and install on the work table. Due to the point and height of the panel is adjustable, convenient for efficient experiment. Panel grooves intervals are 25 mm, can easily move all kinds of components insert on it.
2) Various pneumatic components into separate module which is equipped with bottom panel of elastic pins, when training they can build all kinds of pneumatic circuits on general aluminum, fast loading and unloading, flexible layout, clear pneumatic circuit.
3) Use mute air compressor, low noise operation, provide good training environment for the training room.
4) Pneumatic circuits using fast connection, convenient student build pneumatic circuits rapidly. The electric control circuits adopt special training of with protection inner energy connect wires, students can design themselves pneumatic application system, can exercise the student's practical and thinking ability of theory combine with practice, has strong training.
5) electrical control units used for independent relay control unit and multi-button unit control electrical, simple and clear! Pneumatic control experiment table is composed of experiment table, experiment trestle, pneumatic components and electrical control components. Pneumatic components and object equipment: Air compressor, air filtering, reduce pressure, Oil mist triple, pressure relief valves, the manual reversing valves electromagnetic reversing valves, air control reversing valves, stroke valve, check valve, throttle valve, one-way throttle valve, quick exhaust valve, gate type shuttle valve, the single-acting cylinder, double-acting cylinder, rotation cylinder...The electrical control device: DC 24 V (3 A) power supply unit, Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller, output PLC electrical control input unit, PLC electrical control output unit, the stroke switch (NC, NO).
