DLMPS-900A modular flexible manufacturing system is a set of teaching system which is complete, flexible, modular and extensible, its development and manufacturing are according to the practical level of students, from simple to complex, from parts to whole. It uses aluminum structure as the basic operating platform of the system, and finish flexible manufacturing system of modern assembly process by a variety of mechanical drive simulation. It fully demonstrates the electrical control part of actual industrial production, a variety of sensors, configuration control and Industrial bus of modern production in the system

The system include 9 work unit(or station): Distribution station, testing station, processing station, handling station, buffering station, pressuring station, ASRS station, sorting station.

6. After-Service And Training for Foreign User

1) For our exported equipments, the Warranty is one year, within one year, if there is any problem for spare parts(except damage by man-made) We can supply and replace free of charge. And if after one year, we also supply the service. The difference is user need to pay it.

2) We dispatch our professional and experienced engineer to install equipments and make training for the end users.
