The afterheat recycler is the special equipment for coal, oil, and gas boiler, which is installed at the smoke access or flue of the boiler. It recycles the afterheat and warms the air. Warm draft can be used as boiler combustion supporting and dry materials.

Structure: The pipe rounds the machine and the blocking plate isolates the up and down passes. The heat pipe is finned tube and can be changed once a single. When it is working, the smoke and gas pass the recycler flue, and then to the bottom of heat pipe. At this time the heat pipe absorbs heat and the flue gas lowers temperature. The heat pipe transfers the absorbed heat to the top and warms the air that passes the top of recycler. At this time, the heat pipe releases heat and the air’s temperature is raised. And then the heat air is sent to boiler furnace or drying materials area. All this can save energy and low consumption.
