S1100QL/1.8942 6-40mm weld-able extra high strength steel plate

1. Scope
The extra high strength steel plates of S1100QL with thickness not more than 40mm use for Weld-able heavy equipments and parts. Equivalent to DILLIMAX 1100, 1.8942.
Thickness: 6-40mm
Width:1500-4000mm
Length:3000-18000mm

2. Technical conditions
2.1 Chemical composition (Ladle analysis)
The chemical composition of plates shall be accordance with the following table 1.

2.2 Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of S1100QL shall meet the requirement as table 2.

2.3 Surface quality
The surface quality of plates shall be accordance with EN10163-2.
2.4 Ultrasonic inspection
Plates shall be ultrasonic inspected per EN10160-1999 S2E2.
3. Delivery conditions
The delivery conditions for plates of S1100QL shall be Quenching+ Tempering.
4.Other requirements
The other requirements for plates of S1100QL shall be accordance with EN10025-6.
MTC accordance with EN10204 3.1
