Component: Hydrophobic solid and organic silicone foam breaker polymer emulsion

Advantage:

Defoamer RH-9205 is made by special silicone emulsion, it has very low surface tension and cohesive energy, it can eliminate the reduced foam and inhibits the foam producing, and it is a multi purpose defoamer.

Basic character:

Appearance: Milky white to light yellow liquid

PH value: 6~8(1% in water solution)

Solid content: 35±2%

Application:

Water based coatings, water based paints, adhesive.

Various of foam system caused by the surfactant, such as waste water treatment

Using method

Add it in the final process of paints formulation, and disperse it to even to avoid the pipe and oil nest. Generally, the addition is 0.1~0.5% of total coating amount. The definite dosage is up to the foam amount and testing

Storage and transportation:

Transportation as non- dangerous goods.

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. Half a year of storage period.
