1 System Overview
XK-GCZD1 PLC and frequency converter training system contains S7-400 PLC system, S7-300 PLC system, S7-200 PLC system, touch screen, frequency converter, series training model, three-phase asynchronous motor, magnetic powder brake, auxiliary relay, AC contactor and movable computer table. Trainee can process installation of electrical equipments and maintenance practice training, pre-job training and automatic control system design of actual assembly line. The system has three types of parameter: pressure, flow and level. There are actuators as three-phase water pump, three-phase asynchronous motor, etc. And it covers advanced technology of PLC, frequency converter, encoder, step motor and magnetic powder brake.

The equipment adopts cabinet type construction. On the door there are voltmeters, amperemeters, power light, supply indication lights, running button, stopping button, three-gear switch, two-gear switch, button, indication lights. The equipment supplies the power by three-phase four-wire source.With a leakage protective air-break switch as a main power control switch, the system also possesses shunt control switch for PLC and DC 24V source, and also reserved 3P/2P air-break switch. All input and output signal of PLC draw forth to the binding post. Each digital output has fuse protector.

4 Motor slide rails, Photoelectric encode speed measurement system
There are photoelectric encode speed measurement system (with OMRON 1024 photoelectric encode) and slide rails for motors. The rail has good evenness, no stress deformation, careful machining, good concentricity, good interchangeability, it also can guarantee the concentricity less than ±5 trace. With smaller running noise of motor and typical parameters, the set can better meet the training requirements. There is digital rotate-speed meter setting on the rail to show the rotate speed.
It has voltage feedback signal, and photoelectricity-encoder output, two channels: A and B.
It can process various kinds of speed open-loop/close-loop positioning training.
Dolly motion practice training model
By the combination of three-phase asynchronous motor, limit switch and position switch, it can matching up with PLC to finish all kinds of dolly motion control experiments.
