1 Overview
XK-YY1 type hydraulic transmission teaching equipment table is mainly composed of experiment table, electrical control componentss, hydraulic components, hydraumatic-dedicated pump station and tool accessories.
1) Experiment table workbench
This workbench table-board is common used “T” type auluminum profile in industrial control, and it provides huge convenience for installation of hydraulic components on the table-board. And it also supplies two kinds of installation way: 1 flexible metal cassette 2 “T” type dedicated nut. So that it can provide huge convenience for users standard components experiment/ non-standard components extension experiment.
Experiment rack: Entirely-welded and spraying-plastic surface steely structure. It is sturdy and durable.

2) Electric control component
The Electric control component is module structure. On the right side of the set there designs guide rails who can install seven control modules. It can be easily combined and extended so that it can be easily repaired and maintained. Standard configuration contains: power module, PLC module, input module, output module, relay module, extension module and air-capacitor module. (Later on) Extension or exchange modules: extension input/output module of PLC, AD/DA module, control instrument module, sensor module, etc.

1 Power supply: input: AC 220V 50Hz Output: DC 24V/2A
2 PLC (programmable logic controller): Mitsubishi FX2N-16MR type mainframe (relay output mode)
3 Input module: connect with PLC by the cable (9 pin 232 interface). After connection it can supply for PLC 8 channel master input signal (of these, 2 channel are normal closed signal). Through signal jack, it can supply automatic control signal to PLC. (Like position signal of position switch)
4 Output module: connect with PLC by the cable (9 pin 232 interface). By output interface jack, it can control solenoid valve on/off.
5 Relay control module: after connecting with power module, it can control master signal and supply automatic control signal for automatic control. By output interface jack, it can control solenoid valve on/off.
3) Hydraumatic components(the picture displaying)
We design specialized original configuration board for this set table. There is a fixed position for each element and it is convenient to manage. For this board, we configure listed common hydraumatic components: double-acting hydro-cylinder( taking with travel-impacting block), spring return cylinder, pilot operated check valve, reducing valve, belly tank, pressure switch, booster-type cylinder, throttling valve(direct-acting), one-way valve, sequence valve, etc. (Detailed configuration listed in the detailed list)
4) Dedicated hydraumatic pump station
This experiment system adopts dedicated hydraumatic pump station matching DC motor stepless speed regulating system. There is rate-limiting function for limiting output top speed inside the motor speed regulating system. And also there is digital high-precision tachometer for real-time measurement of pump-motor-group. It equips oil-way pressure adjusting function that can adjust safe working pressure of output pressure oil. The pump station equips multipath pressure oil output and oil return, so that it can process oil supply and oil return to multipath hydraulic circuit. It uses shutting type quick disconnect coupling so that it is easy to put through or close the oil-way fast.
The system complete the integrated design of oil tank, oil pump, DC motor, DC power supply and control system.
