1 Overview
XK-GD1 type factory electricity supply technology training equipment designed and developed aim to the teaching contents of electric primary control, secondary control and protection. It is according to practical application of microcomputer relay-protection equipment, automatic-put-into spare-source, automatic reactive compensation equipment, intelligent collecting module and upper computer monitoring system that is in 35KV general step-down substation, 10KV high-voltage substation and load line distribution in workshop
It fits course teaching and learning of ‘Advanced electrician technology’, ‘Power system relay protection’, ‘Electrician high level(apply to advanced electrician)’ and ‘Electrician technician training teaching material’ combining with ‘power supply in factory’ and ‘power distribution technology’.
35KV/10KV/380V network simulation system operating screen simulates a typical power supply line from 35KV to 10KV, then 10KV to 380V. Thereinto, 35KV system adopts double inlet wire and bus-couple section with a feeder connection type, 10KV system adopts one generator transformer and one for contacting duplicate-supply and bus-couple section with a feeder connection type, 380V system adopts two generator transformers, bus-couple section with a feeder connection type. Students can process power-supply system simulating operation exercise in the simulation screen obey the operation specifications to be familiar with composition and key operation points of power network. And multiform operation sequence of power transmission and power cut operation and transfer switching can well develop students’ practical skills.
Equipment for training including: power supply, measurement instruments, 35KV general step-down substation, 10KV high-voltage substation and 380V load line distribution model in workshop, multiple microcomputer protection equipment in power system, reactive power compensation device, mutual inductor, dada acquisition module, automatic reactive power compensation device, inductive load motor group, resistive load, capacitive load, computer and matching system software. The system is communication with microcomputer through RS485 connecting port and display at real time the running status of power system. It can accomplish many experiments, such as multimachine running experiment of power system, multimachine system analysis experiment of power system, automatic electric power system dispatching experiment, etc.
