XK-LME1 Opto-mechanics Practice Teaching Aid Equipment

This system adopts open type and removal type, and the matching module can be freely exchanged and combined. Students can freely assemble and debug these mechatronics devices for material supply detection, material transport, material sorting and assemble line. This system can conduct speed and position control of three kinds of electromotor (AC, step and DC electromotor). Well sorting function, so many detection device and many other functions on mechatronics technology, the system can process no less than 15 training projects.

Main Character:

     1     Besides metal/metalloid sorting, iron/non-ferrous and color-sorting function.

     2     Material supply device adopts manipulator, whose revolution accomplished by DC electromotor and photoelectric encoder, and whose move up-and-down/side by side accomplished by step motor and its driver. The step motor who adopts electric manipulator paw is made according to new process last two years, and with the unify of lead screw and principal axis, it has higher precision and less noise. The manipulator can transport objects at any place (at its working range) to any other positions. We can also process speed regulation of DC motor/step motor and positioning.

     3     The material drives with electrodynamic type.

     4     Belt conveyer drives by three-phase motor, can perform speed regulation with frequency converter.
