Product overview

Manipulator training equipment is a Physical model of four degrees of freedom manipulator. This equipment can implement the various actions of the manipulator with the PLC or microcontroller as the main control unit and stepping motor, DC motor and solenoid valve as the executing agency. Mechanical components contain ball screw, sliding rail, gas claw, shaped aluminum and stainless steel mesh plates and other components, they are the removable modular aluminum structure. Electrical training screen is a mesh plate, and electrical components mainly contain stepper motor, DC motor, stepper motor drive, switching power supply, solenoid valve, proximity switch, position switches. PC configuration monitor use the latest industry OPC technology with delphi or VB high-level language programming (Wincc6.0 or Kingview 6.5 optional). The equipment is available for students to complete PLC programming application, stepper motor position control, stepper motor speed regulation and speed regulation time control, sensor adjustment, rotation angle adjustment, computer monitoring and other aspects of curriculum design and graduate design.
