XK-MX4A full-automationmechatronics system model

 

1     System overview

XK-MX4A mechanotronics full-automation system model is necessary working procedure equipment in heat shrink film packaging assembly line of bottled food. Grouping-project completes mark-sheathing task and mark-pyrocondensation task. The equipment can supply for several filling machine simultaneously can used for bottle pattern of different height, diameter and mark maker. The system is composed of bottle dividing equipment, entering bottle detection, material feeding and transport, mark cutting, mark sheathing, mark positioning, mark smoothing, zoom-molding totally eight step. The whole process is controlled by PLC.

  The system develops the practice training using XTR-180 type mechanotronics full-automation system model made by Jinan Xingke Company. The practice training items covers PLC, DC motor speed regulation, frequency converter, positioning module, servo module, step motor module, text display, sensor control, motor interlock circuit, mechanical drive technology, (synchronous belt drive, gear drive, linear bearing sliding institution, round lead-screw gap adjustment equipment, constant speed reversed displacement flexible coupling transmission mechanism), automonitoring control, configuration software programming practice training, equipment installation and debugging, PLC program practice training, equipment adjustment or so series running practice training of assembly line.
