XK-GK1 Process Control Educational Equipment

 

1     Overview

  As a miniature object of production process control, XK-GK1 type process control practice training equipment is composed of equipment object, instrument control unit, software and computer. There are four common thermal parameters in industry: temperature, pressure, flow and level. The equipment can embody representative engineered-detection, sensing and transmitter equipments, and common engineered-actuator (control valve, transducer and dephasing silicon control voltage regulator). The train items like these: single circuit, cascade control, feed forward-feed back, ratio control, delay, and comprehensive control of the process object can be steadily come true. And we can also prove the PID, delay, coupling algorithm, and adjustment algorithm. We can also study the construction of control system.

Device Function

 The model can achieve the study, installation and application practice training of multiple sensor, transmitter and industrial instruments. It can be used as trainee course design, graduation project, pre-job training, and internship. It can also be used for training and examining of maintenance electrician and instrument operator.
