1     Overview

XK-GCZD2 type meshed board type PLC and frequency converter practice training cupboard is composed of computer table, practice training cupboard, net board, power supply control board, PLC, frequency converter, three-phase asynchronous motor, electrical elements, etc. Especially through its practice training function, the student can process these operations according to factory’s operation procedure: small-scale typical project case practice, plant model selection, simulate operation, setting up and debugging, light distribution, wiring machine tool, control electromotor, control relay-contactor and applying other project trainings. Elements/components/device choiced when we process the training can be convenient set in the mesh board. According to teaching and training requirements, students can decide for themselves how to design circuit, choice elements and device and wiring the distribution line. Then we can reach the training goal to improve their application ability.
