1 Overview

XK-JD3A type opto-mechatronics(optical, mechanical and electronic integration) practice training equipment is composed of flat for industrial aluminium profiles machining, material supply system, mechanical hand, belt conveyer, sorting system, fault alarm system, pneumatic source processing system, source supply module, PLC module, frequency converter module, touch screen system and so on. Each module either connected each other or being independent, and they can also be freely combined, assembled and debugged, to complete different kinds of training subject. By processing simulation, we can learn reality industry system. Through the working process, we can learn PLC technology, frequency converter technology, pneumatic technology, belt conveying technology, sensor detection technology, Communication Technology.

By this model, we can not only accomplish teaching single practice of professional knowledge module, such as M&E installation, PLC application technology, electrical control technology, automation technology, mechatronics technology, etc, but also we can improve the students’ comprehensive ability about mechatronics equipment, pneumatic system, and automation system.
