XK-CF2  Material Sorting Model

1   Overview

The whole aluminum mesa structure equipment is a multifunctional material sorting module that can be training independently. It also can be used with ATT200 practice training system on line. The main component of this equipment: transport belt, switching mode power supply,DC electromotor /single-phase AC electromotor, Festo/Huaneng cylinder, solenoid valve, pneumatic triple junction( air filter, pressure-reducing valve, lubricator ), capacitive sensor, color sensor( laser sensor), photosensor, rotary encoder, and so on. Supervisory computer adopts Kingview 6.5 software for configuration. Being controlled plant, the model can be controlled by PLC, IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) or single chip. And this model can accomplish the training of comprehensive application about: sensor and AC/DC electromotor controlling, rotary encoder and PLC programming and debugging, computer configuration supervisory control, and pneumatic technology.
