System Character
1 This system designs as a model of actual high-rack storage. It is a high standard system that has actual operation and experiment function. The model emphasis the intuitional and operation convenient character of teaching can lively simulate the storage scene.
2 The equipment table is entirely made of aluminium alloy and it is artistic and strong. Under the table, it is equipped with universal wheel, so that it can be easily moved and carried.
3 Stacker crane controlled by step motor can move up-and-down and side to side and it also can adjust speed and pacing. Pallet fork can shuttle to fetch goods, and it is protected by hardware power-off protection.
4 It can carry out manual control/ automatic control, automatic addressing, automatic positioning, automatic access. By Visual Basic program from upper computer, it can process comprehensive control and stock control. It fits students’ experiment of Automation, Logistics and Computer.
5 To humanize the experiment table design, we fix gasket on the corner to protect operator from scraping. The height of the table is suitable for observation and operation.
