1     System overview

  Machine tool electrical training and examining equipment cabinet series models design according to electrical control circuit of actual machine tool. It can make the students to know and master using method of electrician instruments and maintenance of electrical circuit and can set more than 20 fault point for teachers to choice. The table design is scientific and standard, artistic and it is convenient to operate.

This series training and examining equipment contains power supply, voltmeter, buttons, indication lights, training motors, AC contactor, thermal relay, intermediate relay, control transformer, all kinds of switches, diagrammatic drawing and intelligent examine system, etc.

 This series training and examining equipment using CAN bus intelligent examining unit can setting more than 20 fault points for teachers to choice. It can also set the time of exam, cut off the power time out. Each examining unit can be connected to network. It can match upper computer to process long-distance remote control examining, then the equipment connects examine system through intelligent examining unit in the experiment cabinet. Fault information teacher’s computer setting can be transferred to machine tool circuit of students terminal by intelligent examine network and produce according fault. Then students input the fault code to examine unit according to the fault phenomenon analysis. Meanwhile, examine system finish the function of grading, fault recovery and result statistics automatically.
