Cover the metal powder with membrane
The stainless and alloy steel powder is wrapped and covered by the resin, and then we can get the CMP1,the capability of it as follow:
(1)Appearance : The black grey powder
(2)Granularity: 160 mesh , 200 mesh,60 mesh, 300 mesh.
(3)The temperature of fritting: 130 Centigrade.
Its shape changes very little when it is fritted, the dimension is steady,
　　Its after treatment including, degreasing and fritting in high temperature, and then we get the metal parts or plastic and the metal mould which is used in pressing wax finally.
