When wakame harvest, the whole body will be boiled in more than 85 temperature. Through boil -molten salt - cooling -dehydration . And then manually separated from stems and leaves, also known as: split wakame. And then stalk (stem) and leaves separated, salted-dehydration -Storage . Which shall be salted wakame stem. Dehydration to the water in the stems 2.0 or so, and then hand-cut to super stem, with super stems to brush strip, brush strip useing homemade needle plate. Brush into a 1-2 mm of the filament, and then cut into 4CM or 5CM segment, through gold exploration, packing, 15KG / box. This product that is "wakame Stem", also known as "Sword Mountain Stem"
