L-ASCORBIC ACID,VITAMIN C,VITAMIN C COATED,VITAMIN C 35%
Tiger I is the compound acidifier of organic acids and their salts, which is use of non-nutritive growth promoting additives in animal.
Advantages:
At present, some problems in usage of acidifier: (1) instability of effect. (2) fast release and absorb
totally in stomach, do not arrive at intestin and take effect in feed production. (3) more adding and cost.
(4) corrode mechanical and transport equipment.
Tiger I acidifier which based on special technology is mixed with organic acids and its salts, compare
with other common acidifier, advantages as follows:
1. Organic acids and its salts formed a buffer system, which can delay buffer in gastric intestinal, reduce
adsorption in gastric and most of it arriving at hind gut and take the antibacterial effect; and its cost is
less than coated acidifier.
2. Compared with signal organic acid, acid-salt buffer system can reduce inhibition
ofgastric acid secretion; promoting growth of gastric intestinal.
3. The content of effective components can be measured by certain method, ensure the stability of quality.
Mechanism:
Common acidifier is only the physical mixture, but tiger acidifier is the mixture of physical and chemical,
and it is acid-salt compound acidifier, mechanism on animals as follow:
In the low PH environment of pregastrointestinal, most of common organic acids are not dissociation
and exist as uncharged molecules; adsorbed rapidly
in gastrointestinal tract. Organic acids-salts show as negative charged ions and uneasily
through neutral lipid bilayer of epithelium in gastrointestinal tract, delay adsorption and most of it can
arrive at metaintestinal; because of negative charged, it combine with hydrogen ion of gastric acid to
reduce acidified effect.
Tiger I , hydrogen bonds can be combined with carbonyl oxygen of small molecular organic acid-salts like formate and hydrogen of hydroxyl, formed a buffer system and slow down the adsorption
of organic acids in the gastrointestinal tact; that means organic acids molecules make formate acid
as carrier and most of arrive in hind intestinal. In the hind intestinal, organic acids and their salts
buffer release hydrogen ions in the environment of High PH, and play the effect of antibacterial with
organic acid anion.
Composition: lactic acid, formic acid, critic acid, potassium lactate, potassium formate, potassium citrate.
ANALYTICAL DATA (HPLC DETECTION METHOD)
TOTAL ORGANIC ACIDS ≥ 50%
Total organic aicd is measured value sum of main composition; lactic acid and critic acid is measured by SN/T 2007-2007 HPLC method, formic acid is measured by GB/T 15664-1995 gravimetric method, potassium ion is measured by GT/T 8574-2002 potassium tetraphenylborate gravimetric method
1. Play a role in gastrointestinal tract,effective suppression of escherichia coli and growth promoting of piglet;
especially overcome the digestive disorder of the piglet after its early weaning, and reduce the rate of diarrhea.
2.Reduce PH, enhance the secretion of digestive enzymes in intestinal tract; improve the the ration of daily feed
and feed conversion.
3.Cationic is involved in maintaining the balance of electrolyte in vivo.
4.Effectively suppress harmful bacteria of feed and extend the storage time of feed
5.Collaborative effect with minerals such as probiotics, prebiotics and plant exreacts, promote the the adsorption
of elements.
