Our product is a lipase enzyme preparation obtained from the submerged fermentation of a high lipase-producing microbial strain. It is widely used in food, feed, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, detergents, wastewater treatment and pulp and paper making industries. 

WORKING MECHANISM 

Lipase is an enzyme necessary for the absorption and digestion of nutrients by microorganisms and higher organisms. This enzyme is responsible for breaking down lipids (fats), in particular triglycerides into diglycerides, monoglycerides, free fatty acids and glycerol. 

PROPERTIES

It provides maximal benefit at pH 5.5-10.5 and at the temperature of 30-45 degrees

 PW 10 (with enzyme activity of 10,000 U/g)

Unit definition: The amount of enzyme needed to liberate 1 umole fatty acid from triglyceride in one minute at specified conditions. 

APPLICATION GUIDE

   For the food industry, it is added based on the instructions of the technicians. 

For use as a feed additive, it can be added to the mix at a rate of 0.05-0.1%.
